What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and checks through PayPal. Please be aware, however, that if paying by check through PayPal, they do not release the funds until after 7 days, so your order cannot be started by us until the funds have been released.

Can I add a photo to my personalized wrapper?
Yes, you can. We will email you a proof of the design with your photo for approval before printing. Iif it is a professional photo, please provide us with written permission from the owner to use it.

How do I send a photo to you?
You can email it to customerservice@designerwrapz.com preferably in .jpg format.

Do you send out proofs before shipping?
Yes. When the design is completed, it will be emailed to you for approval. We will not begin printing until we have approval from you on the design. For this reason, please make sure you check your email frequently, even your spam folder, as sometimes it can go there. If you do not hear from us in the specified time below, please feel free to email us in case this has happened.

When will my order be shipped?
After we receive payment from you, we will prepare your design and email it to you for approval within 48 hours. After approval from you on the design, please allow between 2-3 business days to ship your order. Allow at least 4-5 days for larger quantities.

Can I write my own wording?
Yes, you can. You can either write your own, or click on the verses link and choose one from there.
